Franchise Terms
These notes apply when you explore a HealMe Micro Clinic partner model. A signed agreement, if offered, will govern any actual partnership. Until then, nothing on this website is a franchise disclosure, offer, or contract.
1. Indicative models
- Lab Partner — from ₹8 lakh — diagnostic-focused centre.
- Smart Health Partner — from ₹15 lakh — technology-enabled centre including the AI Health Chair.
- Complete Healthcare Hub — from ₹25 lakh — broader centre including pharmacy/store and walk-in services where applicable.
Inclusions listed on the website are typical, not guaranteed for every location. Local licences, fit-out, deposits and statutory costs may sit outside the indicative figure.
2. No promise of results
HealMe does not promise returns, income, profit, patients or footfall. Market conditions, operator effort, location and regulation all affect outcomes.
3. Suitability
The franchise team may discuss your city, premises, background and timeline. HealMe may accept or decline an enquiry at its discretion. Existing lab and pharmacy owners are welcome to apply; acceptance is not automatic.
4. Brand and operations
Centres operate under HealMe brand guidelines, training and software as applicable to the chosen model. Pathologist or technical support is provided as applicable, not as a substitute for the partner’s own statutory responsibilities.
5. Finance
If you choose to fund a setup through a loan, that relationship is between you and the lender, arranged via Astrosia Capital or another financier you select. HealMe is not a lender and does not guarantee sanction.
